Ovaries: Removed both

Trans Fats

Has anyone tried Benecol or Take Control instead of butter. I was a butteraholic and now Take Control is all I use.

FredK, I've tried a lot of these products because, I too, loved butter on everything. I like the taste of SmartBalance.
