upper abdominal pain

I had a davinci hysterectomy on March 11, 2010. I've been doing fine until this morning. I woke up to sharp upper abdominal pain about 1 inch above my belly button incision. Should I be concerned? I'm wondering if I did too much yesterday even though I can't think of anything specific that may have triggered this. I woud appreciate any and all feedback.

I had my DaVinci hysterectomy on March 11 as well. When I think I may have over done it I will get a feeling like a muscle has been sprained or strained or an ache like cramps. I don't think I've had any sharp pain. It would probably be worth a call to your Dr., especially if it is still going on.
Sorry this is happening. Hope it resolves soon and that you keep healing well.

Ice and Rest took care of the sharp pain. Now I'm having a few cramps today. Nothing but a little more TLC will probably take care of. Doc says that I must've did too much without realizing.
