11 weeks post op - where are the right sided twinges coming from?

First let me start by saying I do not have my ovaries, but if I did this feels similar to the mid-month pain I used to get presurgery. Last night I felt a little bit of a pulling sensation when I moved a couple of times. Today, I'm having some twinges (don't really want to say pain because it's not that painful) on the right side. Why all of a sudden is this happening when I've had no pain on this side since early in the healing process?

I have no right ovary and still have ovary pain. My Dr. will be checking me in a couple of weeks to make sure scarring isn't an issue. Please talk to your Dr. I am 8 weeks post-op and hoping it goes away as I hoped. Scar tissue takes about six months to settle down.

Adhesions forming maybe? Talk to your doctor. Do you have a history of endometriosis?

Adhesions was one of the things I thought of last night because when I had an my first ex lap in 2001, they discovered several adhesions from my c-section. I don't have a history of endometriosis, but I did have adenomyosis. I wasn't sure how fast adhesions take to form. Honestly, I think my doctor would tell me she wouldn't see any reason for the pain because I just saw her on Monday and she told me I've healed nicely and she can't figure out any reason for my back pain. I'll see if it sticks around. If it does, I will call her and see what happens. It's frustrating, and I didn't do anything I wasn't allowed to do during recovery. As a matter of fact, I did very little for the first 6 weeks post op and am still on a 10 pound lifting limit.
