Treading thru Tuesday, April 13

Good Morning to all who follow,

Today it is raining with a little sunshine, sounds like spring to me. My tulips and daffodals are blooming and way to many weeds, try and pick a few each day.

Yesterday food was good, but frustrating because eating things I don't eat on a regular basis so trying to count the calorie and carbs is eye opening.

Yesterday was
B-Oatmeal with milk, and an egg(next time oatmeal with water and egg beaters)
L-salad with cottage chz and balasmic and vegis
S-banana and chz stick, and some quinoa
D-cucumber/tomato/feta salad, very small portion of chicken
S-Fage greek yogurt 0%-and blueberries-so yummy

Hungrygirl.com tells me Fage greek yogurt is coming to Costco, you can use it instead of mayo, in dips etc

Just got off the bike, and now need to go into work early as someone called out sick.
