More LE treatment

So I just completed the 3rd round of LE treatment since my lymphadenectomy last June. My OT ordered me an at home leg pump and I got it this week.

WOW this thing is fantastic!! Its so quiet. When pumping I focus on my breathing and internal meditation and it really forces me to slow down and relax. In a weird way I'm glad I had a reason to get it. (Obviously I'd rather do without the cancer.)



Gotta find joy in the every-day mundane right?

Yep, we sure do. Its nice to be "forced" to take that time to relax and unwind.
