Finally Friday - April 30th

Hi BEST Friends

Thought I'd post a quick one for today. It's finally Friday and thank goodness. It's been one heck of a week.

I'm pleased with the and have truly been trying. So it's a + step in the right direction.

Bkft: coffee Had to be up & out early, but no excuse for skipping meals.
Lunch: 1/2 sandwhich, iced tea
Dinner: 2 slices pizza w/side salad
Snack: 2 wafer cookies.

Even with what seems like a bit too many carbs - I'm eating much smaller portions, trying to fill up on non-chloric beverages, and moving. It's helping. I'm also trying to stay away from evening snacking.
