Hysterectomy: April 9th, 2010

Hematoma...how long???

I had a TAH on April 9th and at my 2 week check up my Dr. said I had a hematoma under the right side of my incision and should keep hot compresses on it a few times a day until it goes away/gets absorbed. I am now at almost 4 weeks and it has not gone away and is still very uncomfortable. Anyone else have this and how long did it take to go away/get absorbed???
