13 days postop and sore

Seem to be more sore then I thought. I am trying to relax but seem to feel better in the morning but by mid-afternoon I am done. My husband has been a life saver.

Re: 13 days postop and sore

This is completely normal, every body heal different and I think you still need more time to heal.
try not to over do it and rest when you need.

I'm seven weeks now and feeling good but not 100%, I still get tired, swell and a littler bit sore specially during the afternoon and evenings.

I think we all do the same thing when we start to feel better we want to work and do everything around the house and drive everywhere and than we pay for that.

just take it easy, give yourself time to heal.
lots of hugs!
