Working hard at being mindful. Out with girlfriends at a restraunt last night, I had a steak salad with fries on the side and didn't eat them. two of the girls brought us gifts of candy, I will give it to DH and DSs, and if they don't want it I will toss it.
Today will have to work very hard at being OP with 3 grad parties, but since we will be in and out of them pretty quick I may just skip the food until we get to my great nieces party.
bkfst is egg, 2 slices of bacon and sandwich thin.
I better go and get busy so I can whip this house in order for when our company arrives this evening. Have a B.E.S.T. day.
