~CANDY~horrible thought!!!

I have had cravings for candy for the last several weeks. I am talking about STARBURSTS, HERSEYS, HOT TAMALES, GUMMY BEARS, anything that is sweet. I am not picky it can be cupcakes or cake too heck even icecream with a pouring of hot fudge.

A horrible thought came to my mind. I would "junk out" before my periods. Well now that i am not going to have any and now i won't even ovulate, does this mean i will constantly have cravings for junk food??

Did having everything removed somehow trigger something??
Will i always live in the "PMS" mood?

I am writing this in a "funny" haha humor...not taking it to serious at this point. I will however freak once i reach the 300 pound mark (i am just over 5 foot).

Do any of you crave sweet stuff now?

Re: ~CANDY~horrible thought!!!

Hi daisyforest !!

Don't worry, you are not alone

On my little table beside my downstairs bed I have:
cashews
almonds
licorace candy
gumdrops
fuzzy peaches
jelly beans
glossette raisins

and I am not a snacker!!!!!!

It has to be normal!!!!!!!

In the kitchen there are 3 kinds of chips and cheesies.

Maybe we are in BIG TROUBLE here

BTW, please do not eat licorice candy if you are still doing prunes regularly. I learned that lesson a couple of days ago

Hugs,
Suzanne

Oh, I forgot to list the very special chocolates that DD brought when she was coming for my surgery. I have 2 chocolates left!!!
They are Sweet Georgia Browns by Purdy's Chocolates and are not available in our area.

Re: ~CANDY~horrible thought!!!

I am living on jelly beans!! My DH and DS are only allowed 5 at a time. These jelly beans are tiny so 5 equals nothing!! I ate a family sized bag of plain Ruffles in 2 hours. So, YES junk food is Okay!!

Re: ~CANDY~horrible thought!!!

I thought it was just me

Hershey Chocolate Bars - gotta have them in the house

Went out to dinner first time since surgery tonight to Outback - never ever got deserts before - tonight had cheesecake with raspberry sauce.

This gotta stop or I will have to buy all new clothing in 2 weeks to go back to work.

Disability does not allow for that kind of expense

Oh no !! say it isn't so I noticed that I have also been snacking out. I seem to have crave the five Cs (cookies, candy, cake, chips, and cola) if this keeps up I will literally rolling back to work. Does anyone know if there is a site for hippier sisters just in case.

Re: ~CANDY~horrible thought!!!

Tam~we can start a site HIPPER SISTERS!!! lol Sadly the site would be filled with old hystersiters from eating too much junk food!! Good thing i wear scrubs at my job, they are so forgiving!! LOL

ash~yep...you got it sister, gotta have hershey chocolate. My kids bought me the hershey kisses with almonds for mothers day (3 bags). Very kind of them, but the problem is, it takes WAY too much time to unwrap each kiss. I can't stop at 2 or 3 i need 10 or 20 at a time. Today i bought myself the "KING SIZE" hershey with almonds...i am talking as big as a book!!

butterfly~good girl, you can't let your family lose control and eat them all! They should be thankful you are sharing them, after all you are the princesses! Lol

bud~sour gummi worms...you can stick them in your mouth and suck on them bit by bit...it will leave a sour taste on your lips!! Get a bag..get two actually.

I am not sure what it is, why we are craving things. Some of the things i never really craved at all and now i have to have them. I was a very bad sister...went to the discount store and bought nothing but junk...but i told myself that i can't eat it all at once..WISHFUL THINKING!
