Talking - Simply Saturday, June 19 Simply Saturday, June 19

Good Morning
PJ, my new program is working good for me. I am loving it because it is so easy for me to follow and I am seeing results.
Kay and Nancy hope your soreness is gone today.
bkfst is egg, slim bread, 2 slices of bacon and a few strawberries.
lunch will be turkey wrap
dinner is at the Brithday party, so will be careful, the hardest thing for me is passing on the sweets but I will pass on the ice cream and cake. I do have a Dairy Queen small cone once in a while for my treat.
Will see you all later

Re: Simply Saturday, June 19

Good morning Margo and the rest following!
Will start off with a fruit smoothie - with added protein powder (finally found one without the things I can't have...gluton/dairy/soy...)
Debating on the water aerobics this morning - I need some water shoes and might be better off getting those before I do another class...my big toe got scraped a bit last time.
I will do some aerobic gardening...plant sale! Need to get them in the ground now.
Enjoy your day all.

Re: Simply Saturday, June 19

Hi All

Bkft: toasted chedder begel w/low sugar orange marmalade & coffee (was my "alone time" treat)
Lunch: only snacked on trail mix & a banana after I hit the grocery store
Dinner: luau food at a wonderful party at the local county club - spit roast pig (wow was that ) new england clam bake (clams, muscles, shrimp, baby redskin potatoes, 1/2 ear of corn which I didn't eat, I had a tasted of a "hawaiian slaw" was yummy, and I did have mixed fresh fruit. I also indulged in a couple exotic drinks while we danced the night away.

Excerise was grocery shopping (stopped at 3 stores), mowing the ENTIRE lawn, and . I sure hope I didn't gain any water weight. But resturant food tends to make me retain some water.

Glad you found a program that is working for you Margo. What's it your doing again?

Ali - I remember scrapping my toes in the school pool when we did aqua arobics. I hope you get some water shoes you like. I have trouble getting them to fit just right.

Kay - hope the sore neck gets better quickly.

Hugs to all -
M.
