Constipation

Hello Sisters,
I had my hysterectomy on 3/10/10. I had a TLH done but my right ovary had attached itself to my bowel. I am having a lot of problems with constipation. I never had problems and now it seems like every time I turn around and I am constipated. I was wandering if anyone is experiencing this as well?

No but it doesn't sound abnormal considering your adhesions. Just drink some plum juice or fruit and veggie juice every day or take a small dose of milk of mag every night until you get regulated. It may take a while for your bowel to adjust to all the changes inside. Hope this helps.

Probiotic yogurt helps me, even better than stool softener or laxatives. One small container a day and everything is "regular". Good luck and heal well!
