4 weeks post tvh and bladder tk. protruding feeling again

Since I've posted in two placed already short version. I'll give long if needed later. Had surgery may 27. First week to much pain to notice anything else. Slit happened thst week causing to much for me and I was on my feet walking slit a week after. I got a week rest and another setback again doing to much. Lifting bending walking 3 weeks. Now 4 weeks and I have that ' bubble' feeling. Seems to come and go can I still heal and this stay effective. No leaking. No pain no problems going to bathroom. Tummy has been a little upset causing pressure. I also had pa repair. Does anyone know what I'm talking about I'm afraid to call the Dr. He's an hour and a half away and I have 3 babies with lil to no help. Not like there's anything thst can be done without going back in which isn't going to be possible. Please help.
