Angry - Core workout for runners? Core workout for runners?

Can someone share with me the core work out for runner's. I have been struggling to regain my stamina back as well. Some days I have a burst of energy and others I can barely make it to the gym. But I get up and go anyway. My belly is horrible..i refuse to wear a girdle... I run every other day, and do strength training 3 days a week on arms and legs. I do regular crunches on my training days.

Re: Core workout for runners?

The whole workout is fun and motivating, a nice change from the same old slugging in the gym. I really like the ab ripper, tho. the moves are more along the lines of pilates, and make more sense than crunches. You will notice a difference after a couple of weeks. Now I just have to wait long enough after my surgery to get back to it :-(
