I am heading in tomorrow for the removal of a 4cm mass as well as left ovary and fibroid filled uterus! I have been very anxious for the surgery. Im praying all goes well!

From your post, I wasn't sure if the 4cm mass was actually on the ovary or elsewhere in the pelvic region. Also, is your CA125 300? (Sorry if I've misunderstood either of these items.) Either way, don't panic! You don't know anything for sure at this point. Our bodies can develop lots of things that end up being totally benign. And, several things can affect the CA125 test, so it alone cannot be used for an initial diagnosis.
