My pamper me "cleansing" ie. bowel prep

So today I did the bowel prep for tomorrows DVH. I put it in my mind that this was a "cleansing" not just a prep. Cleansing is a spa treatment for some so I created my own spa/prep day.
I drank the MC around one and allowed the fun to begin. I made sure I had Prep H wipes and the latest edition of People and US in the nice clean bathroom along with clean hand towels.

Later when it was close to enema and douche time, I did a special beauty scrub and masque on my face shortly after the enema. Then I prepped my douche, hopped in the shower and finished my pampering in there. I used body scrub, scrubbed my feet, and shaved with nice shaving cream. Washed the hair and then the douche. I felt clean and fresh, soft and smooth. Then I put on my favorite comfy jammies and decided that you can make the experience much less undesirable with a little creativity.

My husband said he would do a "cleanse" so I wouldn't have to do it alone... how sweet.

Then I just found out I only have to do a fleet enema the night before so he's off the hook.

That IS sweet! I have to ask.... do you have more than one bathroom? LOL

I do have more than one bathroom thank the Lord. If you don't, I recommend having the hubby take the kids out for a special evening with dad while you complete your prep. You will spend a lot of time in there and jockeying for position might be difficult.
