Cancerhead - update

I want to thank all of you for your kind replies. I heard from the NP today (was supposed to hear from her on Friday and had convinced myself that since the nurses in the office knew my son is getting married this week she wasn't calling me back because it was bad news and she didn't want to ruin the wedding for me!!) Anyway...she called today and the culture was negative for any infection, yeast or otherwise. Her suggestion is for me to start with some of the lubricating strategies we had discussed (Replens, Liquidbeads, Vitamin E oil) and see if the irritation subsides. So for now, all is well! I'm so relieved that this time nothing is wrong, but a little sad that cancerhead is now a big part of my life...but believe me, I'm counting my blessings!!!
