Wonderful wednesday july 21

HI EVERYONE I haven't been around in a while. I'm still recovering from ankle surgery. Just wanted to say HI and hope all are well. I'm going to try to go to WW tomorrow and find out the damage being laid up in a cast for a month did to me. My foot is still too sore for me to walk like I want And part of the day I still wear an air cast. Take care I'll try to get regular here again

Not much to report here. The scale is slowly moving down, but nothing exciting to report. Slow and steady, I guess. I wish I could say my waist is shrinking, but nothing much so far. Bummer.

I can say I'm feeling much better on the days when I follow the higher protein diet. It also calls for plenty of fresh fruits and veggies, so it is balanced.
