Re: Mini-pads! How much longer?

I'm right there with you guys!!! As soon as I think, yeah, it's easing up today may be the day that I stop spotting. I go to the bathroom and BAM, more spotting!!!!
I'm starting to wonder if the women who had either a TVH or TLAVH are the only ones with this issues. I have been spotting for 18 days. WTH.

Re: Mini-pads! How much longer?

Yes, I am having the same problem! I am so sick of wearing pads! Last wk it was bright red. I called the nurse and she said it is all normal. I had a LAV, with a bladder sling and rectal wall prolapse reconstruction. This week I am so unbelievably tired and the discharge goes from light pink to bright red. I have a 5 wk appt next week and am anxious to see what the doctor has to say. I have to go back to work on Aug 17th and wonder how in the world I will get over the tiredness... let alone the spotting.

Re: Mini-pads! How much longer?

The nurse told me the spotting could last for 4 weeks. Tuesday it will be my 3rd week of spotting. I pray that it stops soon.

Mini-pads! How much longer?

I am at 4 plus weeks and I still have a yellowish discharge, no blood since about the 2nd week. My dr told me I will have this until allif my disolvable stitches are gone. I really thought they would be gone by now.

Re: Mini-pads! How much longer?

I wore mini pads for about three and a half weeks. I spot here and there still. I do plan to ask the doctor when I see him in two weeks if this is normal. I'm not overly concerned.

Hugs to all,
