Good Morning BEST Friends!!

Today is a crazy day for me. Just lots and lots to get done, but then I get to chill out. So it's worth the craziness for a bit.

I will get in my walk today, I'm going to try for Curves and besides that lots of movement all day.

Nothing bad in the house, so eating should stay OP.

Besides the usual busyness of a Monday, I'm going to sit down and figure out a menu plan for the week. This new way of eating has my head spinning a little, and I MUST stay on budget with my groceries, so that's where my head will be today. Focus Focus Focus

Margo...I think we're on the same basic diet. I've been watching yours and they are very similar...except mine is TOO complicated. Thanks for the inspiration. Hope it works as well for me as it is for you! GREAT job!! (I'm going to check out your book as soon as the budget allows)

Breakfast...egg with 1 tomato chopped and mixed in and a sprinkle of swiss cheese, one serving (9) of cherries
