just called the hosp.

I just called the hospital to see what time I had to be there. I have to be there for 5:30 am. Oh my...I will be going in for 7:30 instead of ten. Now I have to find someone to watch my daughter for the half hour difference for daycare. They don't open till 6.. Not a good thing I guess. Wow its almost here. I was ok the last two days but now that I called I am crying. It will be ok.. I has to be.. I will feel better once its done and I am healed. No more pain... I hope and pray.

good luck, that is when i had to be there too! It was so early to get up and get the family up. Hope you can find someone to babysit.

Thanks I hope so. I even went and got candy for the nurses. lol. Hoping that will sweeten them up. Our nurses here are well kinda on the crabby side most of the time.

i brought candy, an idea i got on here. The recovery nurses LOVED me for it ->(Too bad i wasn't there very long), lol, as soon as i was awake enough to think i had him look in my bag for the candy! then on the floor, some nurses/aides/lab peeps would take them but some wouldn't. My night nurse loved them, i had her fill her pockets! She was a sweetie.

The one good thing about an early surgery is you don't have to worry about not eating by accident.

My surgery was at 7:30 also and I had to be there at 5:30am. I'm glad it was early. I didn't have to think about it so much after I woke up to head to the hospital.

I just found out my surgery will be at 3:30 and I have to be at there at 1:30. I wish it was first thing in the morning. I can see myselft getting worked up thinking about it all day and the thought of not being able to eat is going to drive me insane! I love eating!

I am so hungry right now. I want to eat so bad. Water is not cutting it. To top it all off now there is a tornado watch till 3 am. I hate storms. It is a really bad out right now. Just waiting to hear the town siren go off.

I had to be there at 5:30, surgery was at 7:30. Nice thing about being first for the day is that you don't have delays going in, and coming out the nurses aren't tired and cranky yet. You'll be OK. Really.
