swelling above belly button

I am 6 mos. post op - laproscopic/full hysterectomy. Can anyone tell me what the bulge is above my belly button. It is about the size of an egg and increases in size as the day goes on - sometimes is tender to the touch.

any suggestions what this could be

I would check with the doctor to see what it is and if something needs to be done.
