Pain/Discomfort belly button to incision

what can I do about this discomfort? I have taken my motrin and a vicodin and it is not helping this time.

I have pain and discomfort between my belly button and my abdominal incision.... it's not a deep pain.. feels more like it's my skin that hurts...

I had something similar. I went to the doc and it turns out it was an internal stitch poking me! Unfortunately there wasn't much that could be done. I just had to wait a few days for it to subside. If you are in too much pain it wouldnt hurt to give the doctor a call though just to be on the safe side.
