A few questions - very worried!!!!

I am day 8 post op Total Laproscopic Hysterectomy Vaginally assisted. I have a lump under my incision that sits just above my pubic line. It hurts a little bit. Also I was washing myself today in the shower and it stung like hell when i put soap down below. It seems itchy down there as well. WHat could it be. It stings when I go to the toilet as well. When my bladder is full it is really painful. How many internal stitiches do you usually have with laproscopic surgery. I get up in the morning and feel good for a couple of hours pottering around the house and then all of a sudden I feel exhausted and have to lie down - is this normal?

You should call your dr. Maybe you have a urinary tract infection. At 8 days post op, I think feeling exhausted after a "couple hours pottering around" is normal. Try to rest more often!
