25 days post abdominal myomectomy.. did I have a setback?

Hi all,

I am 25 days post op on a abdominal myomectomy. It has been super tough for me. I had a 12cm submucosal(sorry if it's misspelled) fibroid, and 3 smaller removed, and a fallopian tube. I had a hematoma at the incision 36 hours after surgery, 2 blood transfusions, and now connected to a wound vac.

I am tired just think it about it all again, but I am recovery pretty well.

On Sunday I was attempting to get out of the shower, lost my balance a bit and slipped. The way I slippied I grabbed the wall handle to stop my fall. I am worried that i may have torn something inside. It has been 4 days since, and I am really sore inside again like when I first came home. Before the slip I was feeling pretty much no pain inside.

Should I be worried about having torn my internal stiches. or internal bleeding?

I don't have any vaginal bleeding, brusing, or abnormal swelling. I think I may have run a fever 2 times since the slip.

I have an appointment with my Dr on Tues, is there any way she would be able to tell if I did or not?

I am also having this wave of a light cramping feeling like I do when I am menstuating. Felt it a few times since the surgery. Is this a normal feeling?

Any feedback on these questions or general comments about an abdominal myomectomy, hematomas, wound vacs, and recovery in general would help!
I still have like 50 question about this entire experience.

Thanks for your time ladies...
