Figure it's FRIDAY, August 20

Good morning BEST friends,
Lots of us MIA around here - self included!
Yesterday was our anniversary (32 years), and we went out for dinner...Japanese...Hibachi chicken, zuchinni, onion, mushrooms, bean sprouts and rice (ok, I got the fried rice version - steamed would have been better, but it is what it is.) DH and I were quite disappointed with the flavor...it just wasn't what we were used to and it was at our normal Japanese place....maybe our taste buds are changing. Brought home a to-go box so it wasn't all eaten.

Today I will be more mindful of what I eat!
So far, Greek yogurt (I get the plain and add a teaspoon of honey to it.)

Exercise has been good this week - water aerobics 3x so far (today will make 4)...I missed 3 weeks with vacation and my knee was injured again, but I am wearing the knee brace in the water, and it's doing fine again. I can tell the difference after 3 days...I need my water workouts!
