tugging and moving feeling in lower abdomen

I am 5 weeks post op from TAH/ BSO. I have stated feeling tugging and also feeling as something is moving in my lower abdomen, especially when i am lying. is this part of the healing process? yesterday i was feeling pinching pain like electric shocks, it just lasts for seconds. I am seeing some dents in my abdomen too

I think I have read that is your stitches releasing as their job comes to an end.

Im feeling that too and am only 2 weeks post-op? Was wondering if I was doing too much??
