Good recovrey idea (food)

I know some women here are struggling with help, food, assistance, etc.

I found P.F. Chang's Chinese food for two in the freezer section and it makes enough for three people. I tried the Ginger Chicken with Brocoli, Orange Chicken, and Sweet and sour.

They are all exceptional. Heat in the skillet for about 15 minutes covered and boil a bag of white rice. Voila VERY VERY GOOD quality...not that nasty stuff that home Chinese used to be.

Friday's Restaurant also makes some dishes you can buy in the frozen foods section. They're also 15 minute meals and are delish!

I buy them at Target, where they're about $1 cheaper than the grocery store.

I had bacon and scrambled eggs for lunch. Hubby made up some extra chicken last night so if I was hungry. And tonight he made lasagna. Problem is I am hungry until I get the plate of food then not so much. I know I need to eat so I am just not as much as I should. Tomorrow is pizza and football for supper and I have some barbecue pork boneless ribs i made in the crock pot when i could not sleep last night.
