My 6th Hysterversary

I cannot believe I have had 6 years of relief! I wish I had done this sooner. I feel like I had a new chance at life once I recovered and I find I forget what it was like before I had surgery. I do find I have a few side problems(dryness and difficulty with my libido). However, I have such a sweet husband who went through all the bad times with me and now is just happy to work through these difficulties with me. We have found our way. Life is so much better! I was surprised to get my anniversary email! It is a nice milestone marker for a life greatly improved. Thank you!

My sixth anniversary too....struggled at the beggining and never thought I would walk up straight ever again, but obviously did...lol....
I`ve had ups and downs too, but most of it sorted now...I just keep getting thrush, every 6 to 8 weeks...think I might go back to the doctor and ask if there is anything else they can do...
But apart from that...I am SOOOOO glad I had the op, I dread to think what my life would be like if I hadn`t had it done....
Hystersisters have been there every time I`ve needed them and have passed this website on to all my female friends, even those that haven`t had hysterectomies....great job, well done....

Looking forward to the next 6 years now..
