Surgery Type: TAH
Ovaries: Removed both
Mindless Monday, September 13th

I think Mindless is how I feel after a long road trip to Ohio this weekend. I'm so tired some days after this.

Food this weekend wasn't as bad as it's been sometimes, but we all ate too much. I'm back on track today, so hopefully not too much damage was done.

I did walk each day, so that's good. That's about the only exercise I get when I'm down there. So I'll take it when I can.
