overwhelmed with life and my life is not that busy!

You know, my life is just not that busy right now, but I feel totally overwhelmed with the day to day! I mean my kids are all older teens and can do for themselves...but I feel like I can not keep up with anything...reminds me of when I finally realized I was ADD....

Started in my Adderall again today, hoping it will help...back on my vitamins and trying to get a good walk in each day...

I just want to stay glued to my virtual world here on the computer or go hide at the park on the walking trail....

I know this will pass...but it sure is frustrating right now!

I think it has part to do with being so limited on what we CAN do, that if feels like everything is getting away from us.
