Test it out?

After my surgery in January I was cleared for sex. The first few times I had light spotting and intenses abdominal pain afterwards. My dr. kept telling me everything looked good. The last time there was a lot of blood and just as intense pain. Now my dr. says that I have scar tissue and need to have silver nitrate treatments for weeks to months. That sucks pretty bad, but on top of that he just informed me that when the time comes that he thinks I'm healed, I'll have to "test it out". He said either with a partner or a toy, I'll have to find out for myself if I'm all healed.

My partner and I broke up recently, so my question is how am I supposed to do this to myself knowing that I may hurt myself or end up bleeding? Has anyone else had to do this? I am petrified of the day he tells me I'm healed.

Re: Test it out?

I haven't had to , I don't have scar tissue , I don't think , But he said I do have a cervical vessel that didn't close right , I tested mine out at 4 weeks only out of curiosity and landed in the E.R. with lots of blood!..I am going back today to see whats next , I say test it out and then if anything happens go straight to the doc! That way it is during business hours! I pray that it IS finally healed for you!
