Pillow Police?

Sorry, sisters, I have been reading for a while and I still do not know what the "Pillow Police" means. Thanks!

Stacie...the pillow police (your HS sisters that care) keep an eye on you...IF you do too much after surgery or aren't following drs. orders...the pillow police gentle scold you with a and suggest you go lay down

Thank you for the help! Some of the things I read I can figure out, but that one was an enigma. I knew it had something to do with pillows LOL!!! Thanks to all for the support and advice!
