I'm still taking Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar, and it's still working well for me.

I hope everyone is doing well.

Today is the anniversary of my hysterectomy (eight years). Still one of the best decisions I've made.

Sounds interesting and I like the holisitc approach. My hot flashes were so bad that it kept me from sleeping then I was exhausted and it was a downward spiral. My doctor put me on Gabapentin. I am sleeping much better and feel like I have more energy.

I must give this apple cider vinegar a go.
I have been using Soya milk substitute, Evening Primrose and Menopace, as well as clonodine hyydroxide.
Each of these seemed to help a bit, but only by reducing the duration, not stopping them completely.

Flax seeds was another of the "plant based estrogen" foods suggested to me.

If I can't get the Braggs in the UK, I will try a similar ACV.
Thanks for the advice

I know that what makes Bragg's different is that it is not filtered, and still has what they call "mother of vinegar" in it so it looks cloudy. I also know you should always dilute it in water or juice because it is acidic enough to etch your tooth enamel and burn the lining of your esophagus.

I've read accounts from people that say this stuff will cure whatever ails you from helping to lose weight, to lowering blood sugar levels in diabetics, to curing gingivitis, arthritis, and just about anything else you could name. But what makes it "work" seems to be a medical mystery. I had begun to take it at one point to help with the blood sugar thing, and I know my blood sugars did go down, but I just couldn't get in the habit of taking the stuff. No matter what or how I mixed it, my gag reflex kicked in every time.
