One step closer to my op :)

Well i had my consultant appointment on the 25th and after a long discussion and examination he suggested that i go back on Oct 25th to have my ultrasound done and to give him my final decision and if i still insist on the procedure then he saiid he will be more than happy to support that decision he has asked me to look into alternatives before i make my final choice but i have made my mind up that it is for the best especially as i had to have 6 vials of blood taken last friday to give me a full MOT as i am losing vast amounts of hair and experiencing hot flushes they believe it could be either my ferratin levels or i am going thru a very early menopause which has occured in my family previously but i wwouldnt be suprised if alot of it is stress related. i had to phone the gp yesterday for results and was told dr wanted to discuss them over the telephone so i arranged a call for yesterday afternoon and feel very annoyed that i didnt recieve a call so i will have to chase that up on monday as i really want to know why my hair is falling out i have to wear it up all the time which i know isnt good for it but with a 4 mouth old baby i cant have him covered in hair
so hopefully i will have some answers on monday on the hair loss front and feeling very positive about my next appointment with my consultant and i am so grateful he has respected my decision and didnt come out with what most people do abt what if i meet someone, so what if i do i am still me i just wont be able to bear anymore children thats all

I hope everything get lined up for you to go ahead and have the surgery. Sounds like you have found a doctor that is willing to assist you with getting the surgery done. I hope that the surgery goes well and that you have an uneventful recovery. Please keep us posted.
