Post op incision bleeding (hematoma)

Hi,

My surgery was 10/4 (Monday) and all seemed to be going well until Friday night/ Saturday am when slight oozing turned into real bleeding. Went to the ER and learned it is a hematoma which requires daily packing and unpacking.

This has been going on for one and a half weeks now. Every time I seem to make progress, the next day is a back step.

Has anyone else had this?

I haven't had this, but sorry you are having to deal with this. There have been some here who have had hematomas.

Hopefully someone will come along who has this experience.
