Bladder Prolapse (again?) Surgery Post Op after TVH years ago

I had a TVH in 2004 and it left me with cystocele and rectocele, urinary incontinence (mixed) and an umbilical hernia. I just had surgery (Sep 2010) to repair 8 things. They did a burch suspension (used my own parts and stiched them back up). My bowels were found in my vaginal cavity, my bladder fell out of my vagina and I carried it on the outside of my body for months and once in surgery, they said my bowels also prolapsed out my rectum. I had an umbilical hernia with a golf ball sized of my omentum that had protruded through my stomach. I was on bed rest for 1 month prior to surgery and it has been going on my second month post surgery. Problem for me is that now when I stand up, I immediately am losing my bladder and it feels like it is trying to fall out again. Anybody else out there experience this issue? I feel so old right now (I am 47), It hurts to stand or move around. This surgery was so much worse than my hysterectomy. I just cried the other day after being so frustrated from it seeming like it is worse now, even though I am still healing a bit. I am in pain all the time and it just doesn't feel right.

Ohh Sweetie...how awful. You have really had a hard time. I don't have any advice for other than to try to stay positive. Have you called your Dr to ask if what you are feeling now is normal? Maybe he needs to take another look.
I know how easy it is to get frustrated but try to not get upset because it usually only makes us feel worse.
BIG ((((HUGS)))) to you and I hope you start feeling beter soon.
