Hope you have a small pillow handy to hold against your tummy whenever you have to sneeze. I know having one helps me when I have to cough or whenever I laugh.

I am right there with you sister!! When I sneeze or cough I feel like my insides are going to blow out my incision. I like the pillow idea. But that would mean I need to be where I am suppose to be, near pillows. Good luck to you!!

Re: Head cold and sneezing week Four

I hear you - have a head cold too & sneezing is horrid! I have a small pillow that I carry in my shopping bag when I'm out and when I sneeze or cough I must look like some mad bat hugging my bag!
Just make sure that you are still breathing deeply to keep your lungs clear and if you can sleep in a slight incline position - it hurts less when you cought/sneeze at night.
DH is really suffering as this cold is making me snore ...

Gem xx
