So will I still experience bloating and weight gain...

So will I still experience bloating and weight gain with the overies as they release an egg?

Also I know everyone is so different, but did you gain weight or lose weight when it was all said and done?

I kept my ovaries and I haven't noticed any bloating or weight gain during ovulation. I have lost weight since my TVH and doing well. I hope everything goes well for you!

I can feel when I ovulate because there is like a pinch pain. I do not notice bloating though. Best wishes.

Re: So will I still experience bloating and weight gain...

You are most welcome. It could be that when you ovulate you get a surge of hormones that make you bloat. Our bodies are so complicated.

Re: So will I still experience bloating and weight gain...

If you keep your ovaries, you might expect that the same PMS type symptoms you had before will continue- minus the bleeding of course! I had a LSH in Sept. and still get *****y, bloated, even mild cramping (kept my cervix) but I thought it was worth it to keep the benefits that my hormones gave me in other ways, i.e heart and bone health etc. I do notice the symptoms are somewhat decreasing though!
