Six months out

Hi to all! I am now six months out from my abdominal hysterectomy. I was worried about swelly belly, thought it would go away. Went to the dr and it turns out that is not what I have at all! the dr didn't sew my abdominal muscles abck together correctly and now I have a major protrusion! it is horrible! i had a tummy tuck 5 years ago to get rid of a tummy and now it is worse than it was before! The fat under my ab muscles is coming thru an opening and filling in my abdominal wall area! Not good! Surgery wont be an option until I lose about 35lbs, but it is so hard!! I work out hard an ddiet but menopause is not being my friend! I am upset
