1 week post-op

Hi. ladies I'm one week post-op and feeling pretty good. At this rate it is going to be hard to stay down for 3-5 more weeks. I had a TVH and BSO and bladder repair. I think the bladder repair is what is making me the most soar. My family is being wonderful. My hubby takes such good care of me. He never left me in the hospital, he stayed both nights with me. He is working 8 hrs. and then cooking, cleaning at home. I was treated wonderfully in the hospital. So you see all you ladies in waiting, I really did become a Well, better go, this chair is not to comfy. I have to go pamper myself. best wishes to all, dabadoo

Gives me great hope that I will be feeling as well. I am having a TAH/BSO with (probably) a bladder tack in ***5*** days. :\

and....... you better take care of yourself or the will be there to make sure that you do! LOL

It sounds like you had a great experience at the castle! Now it is all behind you, no more worry and stress over the BIG DAY!

You are right; it is hard to stay down for weeks like this, but you must, must rest and take it easy. Of course you know that from reading all the posts and tales of raids, RIGHT?
