One year post op....

Hi all,

It's been a while since I was back here....I'm 13 months post op and feeling GREAT. Life is finally back to normal with my health, having great sex, working out daily and loving life. This could not happen had it not been for my hyst....and the hystersisters!!

I had problems after my surgery but coming here was great and I got the support I needed here and at home.

Merry Christmas everyone....

Hugs

Re: One year post op....

dede -

even at week 6 I was having "issues" ended up going back to the doc in January and after several appointments we got it all resolved. the one thing I learned thru this whole thing was to talk about the issues you're having...mention them to your doc...no way she/he will know what's going on if you don't talk to them. Even small issues can interfere with your overall experience.

Hang in there...it does get better and then it turns into the BEST.

Hi Elura06!

: Happy 1st Hysterversary!! :

Thanks for sharing with us and letting everyone know how you are doing. I have to agree with you, that we need to make sure we talk with our doctors. It's wonderful to hear that you are doing well.
Take care and continue to visit us often.

Re: One year post op....

Thanks Nanc.....yep talking to the doc was a good thing....if I hadn't I would still be having pain during sex and that's never a good thing and one of the reasons I did this in the first place.

Hugs all around.
