7 yrs post op - excessive amount of "normal" discharge for 3 years

hello sisters!
I stumbled upon this fabulous site as I was searching the internet (again) for any info on the amount of discharge thats changed since my hyster in feb 2003. I had removal, with ovaries left behind, due to uterine fibroids.
I noticed it late the same year that the discharge was so much, it would kinda come off on ym hubby during intercourse. (no odor, no itch, no pain) But then it sorta slacked off and I didnt notice it anymore for a few more years.
3 years ago it reappeared and has increassed in such huge amounts that I have gone to see SEVERAL different gyno's in hopes of figuring out what it is. (i ended up seeing so many docs because when one didnt know what it was, or could give me an answer, i would go to another)
Ive had tests done for yeast, bv, diabetes, cultures done, swabs done, paps done..you name it. Every thing comes back negative/normal every single time.
I am baffled as its odd to me that no doc can pin down why its such a large amount of discharge that I did not experience until I had the hyster. Funny thing is, is that although its alot I never see it until sex with my hubby. I never have to wear a liner, it doesnt leak out, it only appears all over his penis during sex and it grosses me out. Its rather embarrasing actually, and by gyno's advice, i douche just to clean it out. I feel too dirty if you will to let me husband even see it so in anticipation of intimacy, I clean myself WELL.
My sister had a hyster the end of the same year I did, and she says she does not have this issue.
Does any one else have this issue or notice a change in discharge after surgery? Is it possibly related to the vaginal cuff? If so, would I be experiencing other symptoms?
Last few tests to see if I was truly going thru menopause indicated NO, and I still have ovaries. Not sure if an estrogen/progest imbalance could be causing this?
I hate this, its consumed so much of my time, my life and my money in hopes of finding out why and what cure there is.
After 3 years, still no odor, itch or pain. Its just a white thick discharge that I never see except on hubby during sex.
Help?!!!

I am 4 months post-op, had complete. I am having similar symptoms, I dont have discharge, but do become extreamly wet during intercourse.. clear fluid.. I hate it, I was told by many after having surgery i would need lube for these times with my husband, I would like some feed back from anyone who may be having same problem.

Re: 7 yrs post op - excessive amount of "normal" discharge for 3 years

I had my hyster on Aug 8. Also have my ovaries an also have recently noticed in increase in clear liquid. Bothersome because it marks my underwear. No smell no pain. But unexplainable. I hoping it will leave the same way it came. I still get twinges on one side of my incision but I really feel it takes up to a year to fully heal. I had severe anemia blood levels of 7 prior to my surgery. So I will take a couple of twinges an clear discharge to at least 15 days of clotting heavy painful bleeding that was my life for months. I had major endo fibroids and what is called a frozen uterus. Happy to be rid of all that. Good luck... hystersisters has been my sanity reading an learning from others.

Re: 7 yrs post op - excessive amount of "normal" discharge for 3 years

So almost a year later, I still have white thick goop that comes off on hubby during sex and i HATE it. It has seriously put a huge damper on spontaneous intercourse! I am going to a new GYN next week that specializes in menopause and hormones, so I am going to ask for a test for extrogen, progesterone, etc levels. Im wondering if a hormone imbalance is causing it, and now I dont sleep well anymore, and my nipples are always soo sore, they cant even be touched. I also saw another thread here that the "white discharge" is actually a sympton of vaginal dryness. I sure dont see that at all, but its been just about 9 years since my hysterectomy, so Im wondering if my ovaries are shriveled up and dead
