TAH Ouch slipped on the ice

Well I was shoveling the drive way because we are getting dumped on, I turned to talk to the neighbor and down I went. It didn't hurt at the time but my back is sore now and I am feeling a little something inside. I am having trouble getting my cervical cuff to heal and I am pretty sure that's what I am feeling now. Be careful out there sisters with snow and ice!!

Yep. I fell too, it was 2 weeks post op, but still, either way, you are still healing. I really hope you are going to be OK, please lie down and rest and take care of yourself. We have to be so careful of falls, it's hard to remember sometimes, but falling is the worst, especially on ice.

Thanks I took it easy today and left the shoveling to the kids! I am feeling OK just a little twinge every once and a while. I am definitely not going for a walk out side for a while.
