Question - Considering getting on HRT's Considering getting on HRT's

Hi,
I had a full hyst in 2003 at age 32. I haven't been taking anything but I am having some severe issues and am doing research on hormones and considering starting. I really don't want to start HRT's but thinking of it or maybe creams.
My symptoms are: lack of emotion, vaginal dryness, insomnia, no sex drive at all, brain fog and i am so tired some days i feel like i don't have the energy to walk even to the fridge. I really need help, it is effecting my marriage and my life with my children. I scheduled an appoitment with my dr. for tomorrow to discuss my options. I just pray I get some answers.. Great information on here but i think my brain is on overload from reading everything and now i am just more confused. Just so frustrated...

Unhappy - Considering getting on HRT's Re: Considering getting on HRT's

Hi,
Thank you!
Well, it didn't go good at all. He refuses to put me on anything. He said i have went with out them all these years, he suggested antidepressants. Which of course i said no. Now i am on a search for a new doctor here in Ohio that does bioidenticals. I found one but she is not accepting new patients. I called a the compound pharmacy here and that is the one he had listed. I am not giving up though. If anyone has a doctor here in or around the Columbus, OH area please let me know.
Thank you!
