LAVH Warm & Tingling 6 Days Post-op

I'm 45 years old and had a LAVH w/ BSO a week ago tomorrow. I've not started HRT at this point, but my physician and I plan to do so in 4 weeks. Today I began to feel extremely warm inside head to toe and I feel that tiny pins are pricking me all over? Otherwise, I'm very pleased with my recovery. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced these symptoms?

Hot flashes, aka personal heat waves, are rolling in. After you start the HRT, things should settle some.

The pin prick feelings could be a result of the nerves settling after the anesthetic.
