Post ablation problems... now facing hysterectomy

I was diagnosed with post ablation syndrome and am currently doing the least invasive therapy... a high dose of progesterone - this is to stop me from having periods which are causing unbelievable pain because my cervix is scarred shut and there is no where for the blood to go.
Is anyone else here experiencing this problem?
