Strange blue feeling, some slight cramping and pain in my breasts.

I am post op about 6 days now. I am having some strange cramping, and i feel blue all the time it seems. I am very much "*****" all the time as well.. I am tired and hungry it seems like ALWAYS! I am also having some pain in my breasts. It is like I am getting ready to start my period. I have no idea what is going on with my body!?!?!? this is very new to me. I have always been very in tune with my body. I am also worried that I will never have an orgasm again. Are my worries for naught? I have not really had time to "rest" since my operation either. All my friends flaked out on me, so I had to take care of my 2 year old two days after surgery, and have been having to since. I am a little worried I may have hurt myself, or pushed myself a little too hard. But really I had no other choice. My husband has to work or else we wont be able to make the bills. I am sechduled to go back to work on Thursday if the Doctor gives the O.K. I hope this is not too early, we really need me to work.

Has anyone else thought of selling their eggs now that they have had a hyster?

Re: Strange blue feeling, some slight cramping and pain in my breasts.

Everything takes time to heal. I would say it took me around 8 weeks to start feeling better in all areas, but being tired for some time was another thing that I did not realize would happen. This surgery is hard on the body and is major surgery with organs removed so it will take time for your recovery. Try to rest and if you have to let things in the house go for a little while then that is the way it is. Some people have set backs when they do to much.

Hang in there things get better.

I cannot speak from experience........but.......I have a friend who had Davinci.......kept her cervix and I believe ovaries at least one if not both (can't remember).........her surgery was in February.......we were talking a few days ago........she has cramps and breast are tender as if she still has a cycle......her body still recognizes the cycle because she has her cervix.......her Dr says sometimes this happens.....can't remember if she said it happens if cervix is removed but ovaries remain......but definitely possible with cervix in place since it is a part of the uterus.
