Bcp not working!

Hi ladies,

The bcp isn't working at all now and I talked to my sister-in-law about it. She believes as I that with the bcp I'm only getting hormones only with some of the pills and the rest are like sugar pills. Are we wrong?? The effexor isn't working for other symptoms except my anxiety. I've been sick for 5 days with menopause symptoms and they aren't getting any better so i decided not to go to my family dr anymore and I have an appt with my new gyne who said would start me on an estrogen cream when my liver enzymes leveled out. Well they are good so bring on the estrogen! I'm ready to feel normal! Wish me luck ladies and pray that this gyne will lead me down the path to feeling better
