I am from Australia, and new to this site. I had my hysterectomy about 15 years ago, and have been going through menopause for about the last 3 years. Over the last 3 years, after having a thick head of hair, it is now about 50%, but I can live with that. The main problem I can't solve is my hairs condition. I have tried all the conditioners I can think of, apart from Nexxus, which I have been told is good? My hair is not just dry, but like straw. Any amount of conditioner is sucked up into my hair, and after a day or two of not looking too bad, it feels like straw again. Please help, it's driving me insane.

More than likely you'll be able to connect with women who can relate to what you're experiencing. This site has a forum called Natural Menopause Post Hysterectomy which is where you can start a new thread to ask for input from others who kept one or both ovaries and who are experiencing symptoms of natural menopause.
